INSTITUTE FOR MULTICULTURAL COUNSELING AND EDUCATION SERVICES INC
The institute provides counseling services, domestic violence services, education services, and legal services for people who live in Los Angeles County. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to low income communities. Some services are restricted to CalWORKs recipients and court-referred individuals. There are no geographic restrictions.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Saturday by appointment.
