COMMUNITY BASED ADULT SERVICE CENTER
The center provides adult day health care services for frail elderly, and for disabled adults, age 18 and older, services are targeted, but not restricted, to the Chinese speaking community in the San Gabriel Valley. There are no geographic restrictions.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
