CALIFORNIA STATE CIVIL RIGHTS DEPARTMENT - CA VS HATE REPORTING
The department administers California state laws which prohibit harassment and discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodations. It also accepts and investigates complaints alleging violations of the Ralph Civil Rights Act, which prohibits hate violence. There are no geographic restrictions.
