Geriatric Assessment
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES - RANCHO LOS AMIGOS NATIONAL REHABILITATION CENTER
The center provides services for older adults age 60 and older who have disabilities, in Los Angeles County. Services include a geriatric assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan. Staff provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, education, and prevention and referral services which help the older adult to maximize their independence. There are no geographic restrictions.
