The agency provides legal services for low-income Korean and Latino workers in Southern California. Services include case management, legal advocacy and unfair labor practices assistance and tenant rights advocacy. There are no geographic restrictions.
Case management supports clients in holding their employers accountable for abusive practices like unpaid wages/overtime pay, unpaid workers' compensation, wrongful termination, and discrimination.
The agency also provides seminars that focus on labor and immigration laws, government assistance programs, and tenant rights. The seminars are open to the public. The workshops assist both Korean and Latino communities.
