Developmental Disabilities Day Habilitation Programs
Provider: MOMENTUM
The agency provides services for people developmental and physical disabilities. Services include adult day care programs for people, age 18 and older, and independent living skills instruction for adults who have developmental and physical disabilities who are referred by Regional Center. The Independent Living Skills Program offers higher-level skills training for adults. It teaches participants advanced skills needed to live in an independent manner in the community. Also provided is a fine arts program in which students works are displayed at the Center's art gallery. There are no geographic restrictions.
