Wellness Programs
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH - POMONA WELLNESS COMMUNITY
The center provides health services for people of all ages in the Pomona area. Services include health education, ongoing emergency food assistance and wellness programs. There are no geograpic restrictions.
A drive-through produce giveaway is offered each month. It is a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Wellness activities may include art classes, dance, meditation, yoga and other physical fitness activities.
This is a Help Me Grow LA partner center. Staff provide health information, education and support related to child development, and can connect families to specialized community resources.
