Provider: ROADS COMMUNITY CLINIC - EAST LONG BEACH
The agency provides outpatient mental health services to individuals with psychiatric disorders in Los Angeles County. Services include mental health hotlines, psychiatric disorder counseling, psychiatric medication monitoring, and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.
The ROADS program provides Life Coaches who monitor all aspects of the individual's mental and physical health. Secondary services include assistance with scheduling and transportation to doctor's appointments, crisis intervention, dental and vision services, bus passes, and benefits assistance.
