Electric Service Payment Assistance
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT - EAST LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER
The program provides utility bill assistance for customers of Southern California Edison through the Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) program. The EAF program will pay up to $100 per household ($200 for all electric households); assistance is available once every 12 months. Household income earnings cannot exceed the Federal Poverty Guidelines. There are no geographic restrictions.
