Information and Referral
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT - EAST LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER
The program provides information and referral to community resources and legal counseling to older adults. It also coordinates the services provided by the other social service agencies housed at the center.
The Traditional Legal Assistance Program (TLAP) provides legal assistance including general counseling, benefits assistance, certificates/forms assistance, naturalization assistance, and tax information provided by visiting attorneys from Bet Tzedek every other month.
