Senior Ride Programs
Provider: CITY OF BELL DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES - BELL COMMUNITY CENTER
The department provides transportation for seniors and people with disabilities who live in Bell. Services include a Dial-A-Ride and Dial-A-Cab transportation programs. Services are provided for medical appointments and personal errands and shopping. Services are restricted to Bell residents.
Dial-A-Ride operates within the city limits, for general purposes within 5 miles of city limits, or medical appointments within 9 miles of city limits.
Dial-A-Cab operates within city limits and certain medical locations approved by community center.
Bus passes are provided for seniors, people with disabilities, college students and youth in grades K through 12 at a discounted rate; restricted to Bell residents.
La Campana is a fixed route in the City of Bell with two stops outside of the city. One in the City of Bell Gardens on Florence Ave. and Eastern Ave. and the other one in the City of Cudahy on Clara St. Service is open to resident and non-residents.
