Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Units

This is an acute psychiatric facility which provides short-term inpatient mental health services for adults and adolescents, age 13 to 17, in Los Angeles county. Services include inpatient services, mental health hotlines, and psychiatric day treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.
The hospital's focus is on short-term treatment and a return of the person to the community as quickly as possible. Treatment is individualized and utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to address each client's needs. There are separate treatment units for adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of problems including depression and other mood disorders, drug or alcohol abuse, and other behavioral health issues.
