The agency provides youth services for people who live in San Pedro. Services include gang programs, juvenile diversion for court-ordered youth under 17, and tattoo removal. Services are restricted to San Pedro residents.
Juveniles are referred to the mandated program by the Court or by the Probation Department. Individual and group counseling sessions are provided as well as constructive activities and recreation opportunities.
The gang program is provided by outreach staff who monitor gang activity and attempt to organize intervention against violence.
