The agency provides housing and homeownership related services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include consumer education, homebuyer/home purchase counseling, HUD approved housing counseling, mortgage delinquency and default counseling, and personal financial counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.
The agency is a HUD certified housing counseling organization. The program conducts credit counseling and credit repair workshops and classes on mortgage delinquency and foreclosure prevention. Most services are provided through online webinars; however, individual counseling and assistance is also available. Additional webinars on topics including how to apply for downpayment assistance or grants for building accessory dwelling units (ADU) are also available. All sessions are completed by HUD certified counselors.
