Provider: JEWISH FAMILY AND CHILDREN'S SERVICE OF LONG BEACH - WEST ORANGE COUNTY
The agency provides services for older adults in the Long Beach and West Orange County areas. Services are targeted, but not limited, to frail and disabled older adults. Services include money management, friendly visiting, and protective services. The agency also recruits and trains volunteers to provide friendly visiting for isolated seniors.
The protective services program for homebound frail elderly and disabled adults makes assessments of the living situation of homebound persons to determine their needs in order to provide referrals.
