Peer Counseling
Provider: ONEGENERATION - SENIOR ENRICHMENT CENTER
The agency provides services for older adults age 60 and older who live in the southwest area of the San Fernando Valley. Services include adult day health programs, case/care management, legal counseling, peer counseling, specialized information and referral, and recreational activities/sports. Age and geographic restrictions apply for some programs.
The Supportive Services Program (SSP) provides case management services to assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of older adults age 60 and older to allow more frail seniors to stay in their homes as long as appropriately possible.
