Provider: ONEGENERATION - SENIOR ENRICHMENT CENTER
The agency provides services for older adults age 65 and older who live in the southwest area of the San Fernando Valley. Services include disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Services are restricted to the cities of Canoga Park, Winnetka, West Hills (south of Roscoe Blvd.), Encino (west of Balboa Blvd.), Northridge (south of Roscoe Blvd.), Reseda, Tarzana, Woodland Hills and West Van Nuys (west of Balboa Blvd.)
Riders must be registered with CityRide and submit an application with the agency along with a physician's note.
