Residential Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment Facilities
Provider: ASIAN AMERICAN DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM
The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorder for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include residential alcohol use disorder treatment facilities for adults, residential drug use disorder treatment facilities for adults and residential drug use disorder treatment facilities for youth ages 14 through 17. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Asian Pacific people. There are no geographic restrictions.
This is a 12 to 18 month, 24/7 drug-free social model program which includes a one-year follow up period. Services include counseling, dental and medical assistance, education, family support groups, an in-house work activity program, recreational activities and twelve-step groups. Transportation to and from medical, dental or legal appointments is available. Residents may also participate in GED preparation courses, educational seminars, and a journal workshop.
