General Medical Care (Low Income)
The center provides health services for people of all ages who live in the South Los Angeles area. Services include Child Health and Disability Prevention program exams (CHDP), emergency dental care, general medical care, pediatrics, and women's health services. There are no geographic restrictions.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
Emergency dental services include tooth extractions. The center does not provide routine dental care.
Pediatrics include well child visits, preventative care, physicals and immunizations.
Women's health services include primary prevention and cancer screening and prevention.
The health center also provides specialty care services that generally require a request from primary care providers.

Call or walk in to apply; an appointment is required. ID and proof of LA County residence are required.
Fees vary; Medi-Cal and other insurance are accepted. The Ability-to-Pay (ATP) program is also available for eligible individuals.
