The agency provides welfare-to-work support services to women or men over age 18 who recieve CalWORKs, are substance abusers and live in Los Angeles County. Services include comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment, comprehensive drug use disorder treatment, residential alcohol use disorder treatment facilities, and residential drug use disorder treatment facilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

The fees are based on a sliding scale and based on the client's income; however, no one is denied service due to an inability to pay.
