The agency provides services for people with disabilities in Los Angeles County. Services include individual advocacy, health/disability related support groups, pediatric occupational therapy, preschools, printed materials. Services are targed to blindness, visual impairments, and friends/families of people with disabilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

Services meet the special needs of children who are blind or partially sighted, their parents and their siblings. Services include educational support groups for parents; and an educational preschool program which features individualized learning plans for the development of self-help skills.
