Ongoing Emergency Food Assistance
Provider: SALVATION ARMY - STILLMAN SAWYER FAMILY CENTER
The agency provides emergency food assistance for people who live in the South Bay area, including people who are homeless or who are undocumented. Service include groceries. Information and referral services are provided for adults who receive other services. Geographic restrictions apply. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Carson, Harbor City, Lomita, Torrance and Wilmington.
A typical bag of food may include USDA food products, canned goods and dry boxed goods. Infant formula and baby food are also provided, if available. People may receive groceries once per month.
