Occasional Emergency Food Assistance

The program provides emergency food for people who live in Lomita and surrounding communities, including Harbor City, San Pedro, Torrance and Wilmington. A bag of groceries contains enough canned and dried packaged goods and products that last approximately two weeks. Services are restricted, to Lomita and surrounding community residents.

Application Procedure
Walk in to apply for service. ID for adults; ID for all children, such as birth certificates, social security cards or school immunization records; proof of income and proof of residence are required. Bible study is offered before distribution at 5:30pm, but attendance is not required for service.
