Case/Care Management

The center provides services primarily for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults age 50 and older in Los Angeles County. Services include case management, recreational activities/sports and wellness programs; organizational training for social service groups is also available. There are no geographic restrictions.

Case management and support is provided for older adults who need help navigating social security, Medicare, VA benefits, public benefits and more. Referrals to other LGBT supportive agencies are also available.

Recreational activities may include exercise, stretching and conditioning, chair yoga, walking groups, dancing, writing, art, photography, social networking, cultural excursions and educational seminars and workshops. An annual "senior" prom event is put on each June.
