One-Stop Permit Centers provide guidance on rebuilding procedures for property owners impacted by the LA County Wildfires.
Services include information on how to prepare plans for your rebuilding project, obtain entitlements and permits to begin construction, schedule inspections, obtain a certificate of occupancy, and answers to rebuilding questions.
Locations are staffed by LA County Department employees and will provide homeowners with information packets with instructions specific to their property, including permit records, assessor records and property attributes.
Walk-in services and appointments are available.

LA County Resilient Rebuild Resource Guide
LA County has released an introductory resource guide for planning, designing, and constructing healthy, fire resilient, and efficient buildings and properties. The resource guide is for property owners, and design and building professionals supporting property owners, faced with post-fire rebuilding. The resource guide also supports those considering retrofitting existing structures and/or building new structures, regardless of fire impacts.
The resource guide also includes currently available incentives and rebates, and links to other trusted information with fact sheets and checklists for property owners.
