This office provides general information about DCFS for the media and other agencies. The program promotes public awareness and understanding of the services and policies of DCFS by offering information by phone, preparing public service announcements and news releases, distributing flyers and brochures, and maintaining a speakers bureau which can arrange programs for community groups.
