Tutoring Services
Provider: BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF METRO LOS ANGELES - VENICE CLUB
The club provides recreational and educational services for youth, ages 6 to 18, and their parents who live in Venice and West Los Angeles. Additional services include graffiti removal, thrift shops and volunteer opportunities. There are no geographic restrictions.
The club's recreational services include classes in dance, musical theater, storytelling and cooking. The cooking class instructs boys and girls in food measurement, the use of spices, and stove and kitchen safety.
The club's educational services include a tutorial program which offers individual tutoring, group homework clinics and computer instruction. The program also networks with parents and teachers for the purpose of building support for students.

Fees
Club membership dues are $400 per year. There are no additional fees for other services that the agency provides. Children who are not able to afford the fees are considered on an individual basis.
