The group provides health services for people of all ages in the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw area of Los Angeles. Services include chronic disease self management programs, general medical care, hepatitis testing, nutrition education, STD screening and STD treatment, and speakers/speakers bureaus. There are no geographic restrictions.
General medical care including primary care, internal medicine and work/school physicals are available. Chronic disease management for hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD and arthritis, and hepatitis testing and follow up care are also available.
Community and professional presentations on a variety of topics including HIV care, minority health, diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis, are also available.

Call to make an appointment; an appointment is required. Tele-medicine/tele-health for same day appointments may be available, if scheduling permits.

Fees vary; Medi-Cal, Medicare and private insurance are accepted. Flat fee rates are available for those who are uninsured or underinsured; call for information.
