Child Care Provider Referrals

The agency provides a child care information and referral service for all families and TANF recipients in the CalWORKs program. Services include child care resource and referral. The child care resource and referral service includes information to assist people in selecting appropriate licensed child care programs in their service area. In addition, the agency can assist people who are participating in the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services GAIN program to find appropriate child care.
