The program provides housing services for low-income people in the west Los Angeles area, including the communities of Mar Vista and Venice. Services include low-cost rental housing for low and very low-income individuals and families. Income and geographic restrictions apply.

The program develops and operates low-cost rental housing in Mar Vista and Venice. Residents must meet HUD low-income guidelines and be otherwise eligible for the HUD-subsidized units.
