The program provides housing services for low-income people in the west Los Angeles area, including the communities of Mar Vista and Venice. Services include low-cost rental housing for low and very low-income individuals and families. Income and geographic restrictions apply.

Call for information. There is a waiting list for low-cost housing. Proof of income and proof of residence are required.
Fees
HUD rental fees are 30% of the resident's income.
