Adult Day Health Programs
Provider: CENTER FOR HEALTHY LIVING ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE
The program provides adult day health care services for adults 18 years and older with disabilities and for older adults who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult day health care. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program is an all inclusive community based adult day health care program. Secondary services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, nutrition education as well as hot meals, organized exercise, recreational activities and social activities. The program also has an indoor pool that is maintained at a warm temperature for exercise, therapy and recreation. Transportation and home visits may be provided to people who are in the service area and are part of the program.
