The agency provides comprehensive health services targeted, but not restricted to the Asian/Pacific community in Los Angeles County. Services include child health and disability prevention exams (CHDP), childhood immunizations, community clinics, contract clinics, general medical care, geriatric medicine, pap tests, pediatrics, prenatal care, Tuberculosis screening and women's health center. There are no geographic restrictions. CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams. The clinic provides a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) for women who are eligible for Medi-Cal. The program provides nutrition and health education, psychosocial services and basic prenatal and obstetrical care.
