Residential Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment Facilities

The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorders for adolescents and young adults, age 14 to 20; for adults age 18 and older; and for dual diagnosed individuals of all ages who live in Los Angeles County. Services include residential alcohol use disorder treatment facilities and residential drug use disorder treatment facilities. The length of stay varies from one to 12 months. Treatment includes individual, group and family counseling; occupational and recreational therapy; and twelve-step mutual support groups. There are no geographic restrictions.

Residential programs provide court-related services, such as deferred entry of judgement for drug related offenses; domestic violence and anger management classes; referrals to transitional and supportive housing.

A perinatal drug treatment program with a therapeutic nursery is available for pregnant women and mother with children ages birth to five at the Antelope Valley, Long Beach, and Tarzana locations. Services include a therapeutic nursery; preschool programs, medical treatment, and counseling services. Women may participate in the day treatment program three days per week for three hours per day or the outpatient program at least two times per month.
