Weight Management

The agency provides weight management programs for people of all ages in Los AngelesCountyy. Services include fitness counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program offers a body composition analysis; staff develop 8-week programs to help individuals set and achieve fitness goals. Additional services include educational seminars, fitness classes for all activity levels, fitness equipment, an aquatic center and more.
