Temporary Restraining Order Filing Offices
Provider: LEGAL AID FOUNDATION OF LOS ANGELES - LONG BEACH COURTHOUSE - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CLINIC
The program provides domestic violence services for low-income adults in Long Beach, Santa Monica, Torrance and surrounding communities. Services include crime victim support in obtaining a TRO which is provided through a walk-in TRO clinic. Services are restricted to residents of Culver City, Long Beach, Torrance, Santa Monica, Venice and West Los Angeles who meet federal low-income guidelines.
LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH
Spanish; people who are not fluent in English are advised to bring an interpreter with them who can translate and fill out court documents.
