Parent/Infant Swimming Instruction

The Y program provides a variety of health and fitness programs for people of all ages who live primarily in the Burbank area, but anyone is welcome. Membership is required for participation in activities. Services include aquatic therapy, day camps, parent/infant swimming instruction, physical fitness, recreational activities/sports, summer day camps, swimming/swimming lessons and Y facilities.

The Y provides year-round recreational swimming, swimming lessons, aquatic exercise classes, and gym/pool movement programs for parents and children age 6 months to 5 years and an instructional aquatics program for children age 3 to adult as well as senior aquatic exercise.

The Y offers fitness classes for people of all ages including cardio, balance and flexibility, pilates, zumba, yoga and meditation. Sports programs include basketball, indoor soccer and racquetball.
