Family Preservation Programs

The agency provides family support services for families in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Services include bullying prevention, case/care management, child abuse prevention, family preservation programs, and parenting skills development classes for at risk families. Services are only available for families directly referred by the Department of Children and Family Services. Some geographic restrictions apply.

Child abuse prevention services are provided for at-risk families. Services may be provided in-home or center based, and include counseling, demonstration of homemaking and parenting skills, child care and transportation. The program also includes parent support groups, mentoring, and a support hotline.
