Home Delivered Meals
Provider: SANTA CLARITA VALLEY SENIOR CENTER
The agency provides meal services for older adults age 60 and older, who live in the Santa Clarita Valley and select surrounding areas and also home delivered meals to people who live in Antelope Valley. Services include congregate meals and home delivered meals. Age and geographic restrictions apply.
Transportation for the congregate meal service is available with 24-hour advance notice.
The home delivered meal program delivers a hot meal five days per week; sack breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday are available for delivery on Friday. Participants must meet federal requirements for being homebound; a doctor's note is required. The agency is unable to accommodate special diets.
