Anger Management

The agency provides family life education for adolescents and adults who live in the Los Angeles County area. Services include anger management, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling and court-ordered parenting skills classes. Telehealth services are available. There are no geographic restrictions.

211 L A County refers only to this private practice's court accepted programs; it does not refer to private practices for general mental health services.

Anger management classes are 10 to 52 weeks. They can be individual or in a group setting. The agency also provides anger management classes for adolescents ages 10 to 17.

Spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling is available for battered men and women, and abusers. Court- accepted classes are 26 to 52 weeks.

Court-ordered parenting skills classes are 12 to 52 weeks. There are group sessions, teen parenting sessions and an interactive parenting class.

Progress reports and certificate of completion are provided to the courts, or probation, as needed.
