Animal Rescue

The agency provides animal services for people who live in Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, San Dimas and the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County including West End, San Antonio Heights and Mt. Baldy. Services include animal adoption, animal control, animal licenses, domestic and wild animal rescue, animal shelter, animal lost and found, cruelty to animal investigations, dead animal pick-up, neuter and spay services and rabies and other vaccinations. Geographic restrictions apply for some services. 

  The agency has a new adoption system. The program is called WaitWhile, which will allow guests to add themselves to a virtual waiting list and the guest will receive a text message to return to the shelter when it is there turn. Walk throughs are being conducted between the hours of 1:00pm to 5:00pm, the adopter has the ability to add themselves to the queue starting at 9:30am.
