Health/Disability Related Support Groups (Parkinson's Disease)

The program provides health services for adults, age 55 and older, who live in the Pomona Valley area. Services include support groups for caregivers and people suffering from or caring for people with Parkinson's Disease are also available. There are no geographic restrictions.
