Classroom Training
Provider: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL CENTER
The center provides job training programs for high school students and adults to prepare them for employment. The center serves the El Segundo Unified School District, Inglewood Unified School District, Manhattan Beach Unified School District, Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, Redondo Beach Unified School District and Torrance Unified School District. Services include classroom training, job training formats, on the job training, and regional occupational programs. There are geographic restrictions.
Day and evening classes are also available for adults.
Career Technical Education courses are available in the following career fields: Arts/Media & Entertainment, Engineering & Design, Health Sciences and Public & Consumer Services. Classes may be conducted as classroom training, externships or a combination of both. Some classes provide certification preparation for a career field.
