The program provides a wide variety of recreational, fitness, and family supportive activities for people of all ages who live, primarily, in the La Canada-Flintridge, Upper Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose and Verdugo City areas. Services include classes, activities and camping for youth; a fully-equipped gym; racquetball/handball courts; swimming/swimming lessons; a jogging track; and men's and women's fitness centers. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency offers recreational swimming, lifesaving, scuba and aquatic exercise classes. Aerobics, aquatic therapy, weight training, zumba, pre- and post-partum exercise, yoga, ballet, jazz and tap are also available. Recreational activities include gymnastics, karate, basketball, and volleyball. A variety of summer day, resident, and caravan camping programs are available for people of all ages.
