The agency provides medical and non-medical in-home health services for seniors or disabled children and adults in Artesia, Bell, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Carson, Compton, Culver City, Downey, El Segundo, Gardena, Harbor City, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Huntington Park, Inglewood, Lakewood, Lawndale, Lomita, Los Angeles, Lynwood, Manhattan Beach, Norwalk, Paramount, Redondo Beach and Torrance. Service includes home health aide services, in home hospice care and long term home health care. Services are restricted to Artesia, Bell, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Carson, Compton, Culver City, Downey, El Segundo, Gardena, Harbor City, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Huntington Park, Inglewood, Lakewood, Lawndale, Lomita, Los Angeles, Lynwood, Manhattan Beach, Norwalk, Paramount, Redondo Beach and Torrance residents.

Caregivers include registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, certified nurses assistants, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and certified home health aides, depending on the level and type of care needed. Caregivers work closely with physicians, case managers, discharge planners and families to provide the best overall care.
