Child Custody/Visitation Assistance (Low Income)

The agency provides domestic violence assistance for low-income residents, regardless of immigration status, in Los Angeles County who are on CalWORKs or other eligible funding sources. Services include child custody/visitation assistance and divorce assistance. Services are restricted based on income and geographic area.

The agency also provides permanent restraining orders for victims of violence.
