Adoptive Family Recruitment
Provider: ALL FOR KIDS - SUNRISE CENTER LANCASTER
The agency provides foster care services for individuals of all ages throughout Los Angeles County. Services include adoption evaluation/placement, adoption and foster/kinship care support groups, adoptive family recruitment, foster home placement, foster homes for dependent children and foster parent/family recruitment. Children must be placed through DCFS. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.
A social worker is assigned to each individual child and provides case management and support services as needed.
The agency recruits, trains, and certifies foster and adoptive parents age 18 and older. Prospective parents must be in good health and be financially self-supporting. Foster parent applicants must complete a home-study training course. Ongoing support and case management is provided to all parents.
