The program provides information and referral through a telephone helpline for people who live in North Hollywood, Studio City and Sun Valley.
The program provides information and referral to East San Fernando Valley community services. This is not a talk line and staff are not trained to deal with crisis situations. Callers who are from outside of the agency's service area or whom the agency is otherwise unable to assist are referred to 2-1-1.
