Public Foundations

The foundation provides funding services for non-profit organizations in Los Angles County. Services include donor services, grants and administration of donations to benefit community development through the deployment and adoption of broadband and other advanced communication services to unserved and underserved communities. There are no geographic restrictions.

To apply for funding, an organization must qualify as tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Services code and provide services to people who live in the state of California. Grant seekers may contact the foundation and request an application. Applications may be submitted year-round; grants decisions are made quarterly. Applications for funding and funding guidelines can be found online at the agency's website. The agency publishes an annual report which lists recent grants.
