Housing Related Coordinated Entry (Youth)
Provider: STEP UP ON SECOND - DANIEL'S PLACE
The agency participates in the Coordinated Entry System (CES) in Los Angeles County. CES provides a centralized system of individual assessment and matching to available housing resources and programs based on a number of factors. There are a variety of programs and resources available based on need, eligibility, and capacity. CES is targeted to people that are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of being homeless. A centralized software called HMIS is used to track case information.
Individuals seeking service should NOT walk into the site. Individuals MUST CALL for service.
CES for Youth (aka Next Step or Youth CES) is for youth 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Los Angeles County.

Call for information and appointment. There may be specific times for CES assessment.

There are no fees for service.

Monday through Friday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm; Saturday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.
