Drop In Centers (Transition Age Youth)

The agency provides youth services for Transition Age Youth (TAY) between the ages of 16 and 28 years old. Services include a drop in center. There are no geographic restrictions.
The drop in center provides a safe place where transition age youth can access a range of supportive services, improve physical and mental health, and experience a caring connection. Services may include case management; clothing; computer and internet access; educational services; employment assistance; housing referrals; hot meals; mental health referrals; peer support groups; showers; social activities and substance abuse treatment referrals.
